Terms and Conditions

  1. Rates are quoted in Philippine Peso.
  2. Guests should ensure that their hotel room door is properly secure at all times. Sinoben Apartment cannot be held responsible for any personal items and valuables left in the guest rooms.
  3. An advance deposit for guaranteed reservation of 1 day is required, full payment upon check-in date.
  4. Full payment should be settled by check-in through the following:
    (a) via Cash or GCASH at Front Desk.
    (b) via Bank Deposit or Bank Transfer at least 3 banking days prior to check-in.
  5. Valid ID with photo or passport must be presented at Front Desk upon check-in.
  6. Standard check-out time is 12 NN; Check-in time is 2 PM.
    Early check-in and late check-out may be requested at the Front Desk (subject to availability).
  7. Early check-in is allowed provided the room is available. Additional Php 100/hour will be charged for early check – in or late check-out.
  8. A whole day room rate will be billed beyond 1 o’clock in the afternoon.
  9. Check-in time after 12 O’clock midnight shall be charged 1 night on the same day. .
  10. Pre-termination is not allowed. Extensions will be subjected to availability and rate adjustments.
    Booking revisions must be arranged through our Reservations Office.
  11. Room rate(s) is/are subject to adjustment based on prevailing rates during new travel date(s).
  12. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and amendments can be made free of charge until 5 days before arrival. You will be charged 100% or 1 night, if the cancellation is made 3 days prior to the arrival date.
  13. No Show: Guest who does not arrive within twelve (12) hours of the check-in date and time of the
    Hotel will be charged the total amount of room reservation.
  14. During peak season and holidays, all reservations are required to be guaranteed. Our reservations team will request for prepayment via GCASH, Online Payment Link, or Bank Deposit at least 7 days prior to check-in in order to guarantee the reservation. Sinoben Apartment reserves the right to cancel the reservation in the event of failure to submit prepayment, or bank deposit
    slip prior to the deadline.
  15. Room key(s) shall be endorsed to the in-charge in the reception.
    Lost key will be charged Php 200.00.
  16. Damages and losses of items inside the rooms shall be charged to the guest occupant.
